New Alert Moderators feature

Hey guys I've just added an Alert Moderators feature in the forum. You'll now see a "Alert Moderator" link for each post. If you find a post that violates the forum rules and guidelines ( http://lakers.newssurge.com/PNphpBB2-viewtopic-t-2666.html ) please report it and I or one of the moderators here will look into the problem ASAP.

Fellow moderators- you should be receiving an email whenever there is a new alert- you can view/close these reports by going to the Report Posts interface (you will see a link to it at the bottom of the forum). If there isn't any open report you will see "There aren't any open Reported Posts". Also if you don't want to receive email notifications of the alerts you can opt out through the interface.

Is there a way that the alert could be sent to our PM? I think it would be easier because I don't think anyone checks their e-mail 24/7

Yeah too bad it doesn't have that feature, but no prob because I check my email pretty often. It's just another way to keep things nice & smooth here- kinda like the neighborhood watchdog program where everyone looks out for each other .

how can you alert a mod about something if the person who said something bad is a mod?

Well, they will probably be warned. If the person continues, a ban could happen.
