Wow, we can't get a break with him. Suspension, broken hand, and now torn ligaments. Unbelievable. I'm sorry, maybe I am remembering this wrong. Didn't Kobe play with a broken finger for the entire playoffs one year? Talk about dedication.

I slightly remember there being more to his injury, so I did a quick Google search. It appears Kobe's finger could heal while he played on it, so his only factor was could he handle the pain. Rondo has to have surgery for a ligament, so playing through the pain doesn't matter if at some point he has to miss time for surgery.

The injury feels fishy to me, how did he get injured? No one reported it also how or where or what play?. He made the post game interview, made it through the game & was making tough layups here & there.

A trade perhaps is in the books to propel over Celtics. We have until end of the season though because of the Rose rule. Its conspiracy but I have seen enough.

He was injured in a collision with Draymond Green with 5:36 left in the 4th quarter. This was the play in which Dramond fouled out. You can see Rondo grab his hand after the collision and was slow to get up. I think it happened as Rando tried to brace his fall after the collision.

Part 3 of the link below shows it, Scroll forward to about the 6 minute left in the 4th mark (about 23 minutes into part 3) and see for yourself.

Draymond Green again being instrumental for another laker casualty. Smh. He’s always been the central figure for all these freak injuries to our players(inadvertently or otherwise). LBJ’s groin injury also involved Green being in the thick of things and forcing LBJ to stretch awkwardly. What a pest.
