Lakers Bradley Beal Rumor

Lakers Forum » Lakers Rumors

Pelinka is thinking on a blockbuster trade for Beal, since the Nets are sorta forcing other teams to have three super stars. And the Wizards are interested on trading either to the Lakers or the rival Clippers.

So I think the Lakers will make some kind of move, but I think they are looking for the wrong pieces even though it would be nice to have Beal but I really think the Lakers need help on the five spot, not so much on the guards. Just my opinion, not sure.

It would take a lot to get Beal... including THT which would suck. If we do get him, I would love to see if they could get Robin Lopez with him. He could help with our problem at the 5

Beal for KCP + Kuz + future picks?

Don't worry about the Clips, the "Clipper Curse" will take care of them. More important is to get a mobile center, not a statue like Gasol. The two headed five from last year -- MeGee and Dwight -- were more important than any body thinks. Not only could they ball, but both were also great "towel wavers" too. And in arenas without fans, their enthusiasm meant a lot.

Yeah I really won’t sweat much losing Kuz. Although he has made some strides on the defensive end. I’m still not comfortable losing KCP. He was huge in the playoffs when it mattered most. He is tailor made for our system on both ends of the floor.

However with that being said, Beal getting open looks from lebron and co. would be a thing of beauty. This would probably be the second coming of Kyrie/Lebron.

Opposition would have to contend with a) LBJ/AD b) LBJ / Beal.

Pick your poison. Lol.

That'd be tough to stop and take pressure of off Lebron & AD. But yeah it'd be tough to lose the 3 & D of KCP. I think it might be better just trade Kuz for a defensive big. The prospect of acquiring Beal is attractive though lol.

Yeah they really do need a defensive/athletic big. I was really bummed, when the Howard deal fell through. They need to scout the g league for someone because Marc is running on fumes. Lol. Excellent IQ and passer but just doesn’t have the legs.

I wouldn’t mind seeing JR Greek freak in action. Even Kacok is a beast inside the paint and a decent rim protector, although he lacks size.
