Funny how 6-7 years ago, the overwhelming majority of site members thought that this immature idiot Pygmy was going to help lead us to a title. Many of those members probably only saw the Pygmy's Sportscenter highlights. A few of us were loudly criticized for being anti-Pygmy. We (those who didn't want Pygmy) warned the highlight reel viewers that what you saw in those highlights were small samples of Pygmy's true self. Some of us were ridiculed for saying that the Pygmy was not a great defender at all. Some were ridiculed for suggesting the Pygmy was immature. Some were ridiculed for saying the Pygmy was not a team player. Some were ridiculed for saying the Pygmy had the touch of a rhinoceros around the basket. Some were ridiculed for questioning the Pygmy's work ethic.
Six or seven years later, it is clearly obvious (or it should be) why some of us did not want him on our Lakers. Those of us who stated that he was a diva, that he played zero team defense, that his offensive game was an abomination, his lack of maturity was a big problem etc etc etc should feel a bit of vindication.
