Dragic is one of the most efficient PGs around the rim and brings a lot of intelligence on the court. if we could somehow swing dragic for a cheaper contract compared to what rondo wants, draggic will be the best value and all around player (FTs and FG%)... to be completely honest, I don't see that Kawhi is worth max 15mil money. I peg him around 10mil just because he doesn't bring much value outside of the playoffs. unfortunately though, spurs will likely match anything so kawhi won't be going anywhere I don't think. wesley matthews is still my man. I don't know why no one talks about Robin Lopez but IMO he is the better of the two lopez bro's. he's never injured, he brings HARD defense and most importantly he's ultra efficient. He's wonderful free-throw shooter and averages +55% in the field. great all around player in my opinion that could be had around 8-9 mil (currently on a 5mil contract) as opposed to max money of Marc Gasol or Greg Monroe, he's VALUE
acquire those guys via free ageny and move Swaggy/hill for some gosh darn role players. lakers ignore role players but they are so needed in this day and age. gerald green?? great player. even draft picks, anything as long as it is VALUE. role players are the glue to the superstars. nick collision is the type of guy i love (UFA)...
i was overly ambitious before in my offseason plans but this is realistic i think. aside from some nice glue players i'd love this squad...and then when kobe comes off the book there is a team that would attract big names.

What does a writer for the Bulls know of Love's intentions. The only thing he's ever said is that he would resign with the Cavs of traded there, which he was. He's be a welcome addition, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Monroe plays pf, and he's definitely not a rim protector. If you look at his stats, he has no blocks, not one so far.
I think who Lakers go after in FA, will depend on where they finish in the standings. If they keep their pick at top 5, than I see them drafting one of the centers or trading picks for young talent. Like say MCW and Embiid, the sixers don't seem to know what they want to do.

I say hell no. If we did sign Love I think we should trade Randle.
I say keep Randle and try to sign either Rondo, Leonard or Gasol. Preferably the youngest.
