I agree that when Bronny first appeared as a Laker NBA games I told myself. This kid has to learn how to play first of all. He needed to play at least two years at USC and at least one season on the G-League. But I got to admit he has surprised me on three of his games on NBA games. It was garbage time, but he did hit on his first attempt three long shots, nothing but net. He does play good defense and can move the ball pretty fair as a point guard, but I still think with a full season playing at G League it will really help.
But I can not believe he will be in the bench for the playoffs. First game against the Timberwolves. LOL!
Well I will be the first to admit that I was wrong about Bronny. He is playing pretty good now, but I was right that he should have started in the G-league not straight to the NBA. I think that was more of LeBrons idea then the GM. But now it seems like he is hitting three point shots with consistency and is quick on defense. The only thing I see as a weakness is his passing. He is too lackadaisical on passing and ends up turning the ball over too much. Got to be more cerebral on the passing.
So the Rockets are favored by 4.5 points.
Lakers will have to play tough defense, and do not turn the ball over so many times.
I’ve read a few reports that Luka and Austin will not return for the first round, which means, there will only be a first round. Was hoping to get those guys back by game 3, but it’s not looking promising. I feel like the Lakers brass have already scrapped the season after that embarrassing loss against the Thunder that basically destroyed the team. Maybe they are already thinking about next season.
Yes I read the same that Luka and Reaves will not rush into coming back for the first round of the playoffs. Not every player is like Kobe who would play with broken fingers and bad knees. These two are soft. They are not muscular players.
