Though Losing D'Lo is not preferred, I would make this or a similar trade.
Caruso is a difference maker and had he remained on the Lakers, the last few years would have been far more successful.
The short-sightedness of a front office looking for offense and drama rather than substance far too often.
The additional players suggested would bring high level 3 point shooting to partially replace D'Lo.
A negative is WHO would become the Point Guard without D'Lo? Austin Reaves I suspect.
Separately, someone pointed out that the Lakers and Golden States are 22-40 combined against teams above .500.
Both teams figure that standing pat is a good idea despite this glaring contradiction.
