Agree that he'll help someone. Hear Rockets, Spurs, Lakers, Pacers among those interested. No #Twolves, as of now.

Because the roster is thin in the front court.....

I guess as long as it's for the low low.......

Always liked him, if Lakers were a playoff team, I say yes!!! Definitely. But state of team now, I don't know.

Another power forward??? No thanks. Good player but not for us at this time.

My thoughts exactly. He's a double double guy in the right situation, but so is Randle, Nance and Deng plus the other non double double guys including Brown, Ingram quite likely a stretch 4 and possibly Jianlian as well they brought in Auguste, who will probably play for the Defenders and the Lakers still have not released Nick Young! That's 8, count em' 8 forwards, but wait, there's Tariq Black the 4/5er too! Make it 9.... They are over emphasizing forwards now. Perhaps it's a build-up for a trade?

I'm over here wondering who will be the back up shooting guard? Lou seems to have cornered the market on the 2. I do think Clarkson is going to be specfirggintacular this season. I wonder why Manny Harris and the Lakers did not get along? I know he's a one but he's a scorer and defender and would be a very good back up 2.

Yeah I liked him as well when he 1st arrived in the league but I don't think LA will end up signing him. If I were him at this stage, might as well try to join a contender,

I'm wondering how much playing time young Players get with trying to win and develop them.

Sounds like vets might get more minutes than most of us want.

"We’re going to be doing our best to develop these guys, but we’re going to be playing the guys who are helping us win and playing the right way and competing every night. We feel like we have some vets who have done that for a lot of years in this league. So we’re going to lean heavily on them as well." Lean on Mozgov, Deng or Lou Williams? Have any of these guys....

B.Scott must be somewhere shaking his and laughing at the same time at those comments....lmao!!!!

Already have plenty of front court bodies. He would just take away minutes from the young guys which would be totally counter active to the health of the franchise

Lean on Mozgov, Deng or Lou Williams? Have any of these guys ever been a #2 option never mind 1st option lol.

I don't understand the narrative here. There should be no expectations on this team, they are young and need development. Milk it while you can. No one expects wins so why talk about them? Speak the truth and stop with the smoke and mirrors sh1t.

He's saying what he has to say. Luke will alienate Deng, Williams, Mozgov, if he flat out says "we're gonna give all the minutes to the kids so they can develop." If he says that then you can also forget about attracting good FAs who want to play here until for while. You also can't let the kids be too comfortable with themselves at this point. Yes I understand we want them to develop as much as possible but they gotta earn those minutes as well to keep them hungry.

You can say the same thing without talking about wins. Deng/Mozgov knew they were not going to be playing for a team with a winning record for the foreseeable future so why would they care. They still get paid the same amount if they play 10mins or 30mins a night.

Yeah like many of you guys said, Carl Landry is a solid vet, but there are already so many power forwards on the squad. He probably would rather go somewhere where he can get more minutes perhaps, unless there is confidence that he will be the first PF off the bench. Yi perhaps can play SF. Nance though needs more minutes, and Black is very capable. So yup quite the log jam.

He should go to Dallas. Their kind of player.

As long as he doesn't come here....lol. Might as well retire. He's had an ok career.

We are really only talking about Deng starting at the 3. Russell, Clark, and Randle are going to start ahead of any vets on the team. And Mozgov you would expect to start ahead of Zubac, at least until the 19 year proves he deserves to start, which could be faster than most people think.
