Smush Parker: Kobe Told Me 'you Can't Talk to Me' (video)

Lakers Forum » Lakers Multimedia

Aw come on man, do we really have to bring this up again? lol. It's been like 7 years since they were teammates.

I was just about to say the same thing. It's been calm on here without all the negativity and vitriol. Tony Parker says Duncan didn't speak to him for a whole year nobody bats an eye. This is non news. We're looking forward to our future and what's on the horizon. PLEASE let's positively focus our karma and energy and stay away from the needles "kobe" topics that bring out the worst in all of us. Please!

Why not... All this free agent, draft, and coaching talk this offseason has surely been the most monotonous of all time. Nothing like a reminder that things in Lakerland always seem to turn out for the better. Barring Jimbo messing things up.

On the side note, whatever happens behind closed doors... I would've cracked Mamba in the mouth and tell him "but these hands can!!!"

It has nothing to do with the team going forward. I mean seriously, since Smush left, they got Pau Gasol, won two championships. I guess to each their own, I just find it tiring to talk about something that happened 7+ years ago. It's like somebody who is supposedly happy in their new relationship, but is still bagging on their ex who they were with years ago.

And yet nothing is more tiring than regurgitated renditions of the non-happenings of the Lakers this offseason. Anything goes I say.

Somebody must really luv smush...... Nasty

Why else would he be mentioned on this site. What's the point of caring about what his guy says? You tell me.

TBH, for conversation. It truly was getting stale around here and any bone thrown at us other than what has become the norm would suffice. Besides, to not recognize and rehash history, makes today for not.

Hey, I've known about this Kobe behavior for a while, it's nothing new. I know a couple of people who tried out for the Lakers and they've had great things to say about Kobe, saying he's col and all that. However, the issues are when Kobe's team isn't going well, he separates himself, doesn't want to be talked to and stuff like that. It's not good but that's who he is. a test of someone's character is how they react when things aren't going well. It's easy when things are on the up-swing but on the down-swng is when theings are hard and how a person responds shows a lot. I have nothing else to say on the subject personally. There was a big difference between Smush and Derek Fisher, I was glad Smush was gone.
