New Senior Member Only Lakers Forum

This forum is for the seasoned veterans of Lakers Topbuzz to discuss the LA Lakers. Only senior and highly reputable members can post here. If you would like to post here but find yourself unable to please PM me for posting access if you meet three of the following requirements:

1)have at least 200 posts

2)have at least 3 positive votes

3)never been banned

4)joined for over a year

Oh, now I get it. At first I thought Dave was starting a group for our senior citizen members. You know guys who are over 55. But when I looked at the list I figured all of you guys couldn't be that old, so it must be a group of guys who are not necessarily older, but wiser. Yeah, wiser, that's the ticket. Wiser, but no wise guys allowed. So, OK senior members lets hear some wisdom. Does that mean we have to let Kupcake into this group?

great thread Dave - the vets can talk here, not every little user that signs up for 2 days then forgets the site, i bet there are many users who signed up but never really came here...

BTW Purple&GoldBlood you can post here now- I couldn't reply to your PM because there's some sort of bug in the system where it can't deal with the "&" character in your user name. Let me know if it's okay to change your user name to simply PurpleGoldBlood? That way you can receive PMs from other members- I imagine that no one had been able to send you a PM.

Yup it would- I think it would be best if there's no non-alphanumeric character in the username. Dashes and underscores are okay though. So lemme know and I can change it right away.

That's a good idea JDQ, though I probably won't have time to add that feature. For now though if you scroll to the top you will see "Usergroups" next to "Memberlist". Click on "Usergroups" and you will be able to see who is in the group.
