question... why would we change their position? couldnt we just throw them anywhere on our depth charts?
ex: if i had Lebron, i could put him as a second string PG even though he's a SF, right?

Your right......it just makes your rostre balanced sometimes.....also sometimes players ratings may get tweaked at certain positions.
Ex. If you change Ming to PG you will not get the same ratings what so ever.....or earl boykins to C.......etc
