One of the things I hate about sims is when a team makes a deal with an agreement made that the other team would cut one of the players they're receiving so the initial team the tradee would just grab him back with the whole thing being done to "swindle" the salary cap.
Well in this sim league, we do not allow it. If you're planning on some sort of cutback deal, you have to wait 48 hours after the deal is processed to resign the cutback. He's free to go to whatever team he wishes before those 48 hours are up.
