Great win for the Lakers. But Bradley still suxed tonight. Same for Pope. But thanks to Green making the three pointer to send it into over time, then LeBron and AD were awesome to win in overtime.

We were absolutely destroyed on the boards like by 20 rebounds, Dallas out-shot the Lakers from the three-point line. By all rights, we should’ve lost this game. You know why we won? 22 turnovers for Dallas versus 11 for the Lakers. We have a veteran a** team and I love it. Taking care of the basketball goes along way towards winning tight, closely contested basketball games.

Horrible in the first quarter and half in general. Can't keep relying on James and AD to carry the the through the season and the playoffs. Hopefully people start stepping up

True. I’m looking at the stat lines from LeBron and Doncic. Holy **** man. Those weren’t just some run-of-the-mill triple doubles ... those are some ridiculous triple doubles.

You’re not kidding either! But a few stats that stands out to me.

Steals:

Lakers 11

Dallas 5

Blocks:

Lakers 7

Dallas 1

And turnovers

Lakers 11

Dallas 22

I think our defense really helped turn this game around. On the flip side, we were out rebounded big time 41 to 61. Either way, this was a good win against a high scoring team.

Absolutely Loved the win but to keep it in perspective, we beat a duo wherein the dudes are a few years older than LBJ’s son. Lol. Not the ideal recipe for a title contending team. But I’m proud of the way they managed to grind this out.

We cannot fall into this big hole with the bugs bunny center exhibiting his patented bloopers and KCP/ Troy Daniels building a man cave behind the basket. Also Pink Panther has to be a starter or allocated more mins on the floor. D39 needs to start.

Agree on all accounts. Thank you for pointing out all of those statistics that were in the Lakers favor. it’s easier to understand why it was such a close game

Managed to capture this image on twitter. One of my favorite movies of all time:

What legends. We are not worthy;

Michael Jordan, Bill Murray.......and Javale McGee.

LMFAO!!!!!!

The player that has surprised me and I thought he was all washed up is Howard. The man steal has lots of energy in that body of his. If he can sustain that kind of energy through the season, he sure will help the Lakers. He actually is playing better then when he was with the Lakers before. LOL!

I read some where that some teams because they are already throwing in the white towel, they are letting some good players go and start the rebuilding. I think the Lakers still need to make some moves to really be the top team and should trade some of our players like KCP and Bradley for some of these players that will be let go because of the rebuilding.

Actually Perlinka done a good job of putting a team together after the Kawhi wait. I got to give him lots of credit, but I have been very disappointed with KCP, and Bradley last few games has been a no show on his offense. KCP seems like he does not want to handle that hot potato when they pass him the ball, He passes it right away to somebody else and he is suppose to be one of our better shooters. He is one that could spread the defense, but he chooses to pass the ball to a player that is not a good perimeter shooter.

Aside from the fourth quarter against the grizzlies, KCP has basically been complete garbage. I think everyone agrees with you that KCP would help the team a lot more if he was relegated to 0 minutes. If rondo and Kuzma are available, I really see no reason to play KCP any minutes at all.

Overall I think Bradley is doing a good job through five games. I’d like to see him knock down a little bit higher percentage of his three point shots but aside from that, he’s been fairly solid, especially on the defense of end in terms of his effort. I feel like he’s a good fit on this team with our current coach who is very defensive minded.

KCP has been solid defensively , offensively not so much.

I know just 5 games but it’s been a while since I saw us at the top of the western conf. Lol. Last time was probably 2010.

KCP is being fielded to play to let him recover his confidence and produce points. At this point nobody will accept this trash in trade except perhaps getting another trash. The FO wants to spray him with cologne to cover ill be saleable.

Dwight has been a better anchor defensively than Mcgee. Dwight surprises me because of how he deflects the ball to the opponent & defend the perimeter.

Yes indeed. Definitely have to give credit to him for revamping his career.
