Please post your predictions for the upcoming contest vs. the Golden State Warriors. The guys must do what well to get the win? Which opposing player(s) should Los Angeles focus on? Will the game be a shootout or low-scoring? Go Lakers!

With three of our starters out and the warriors at 100%, I think this will be a blow out. May not even watch this one. Still not sure why Rondo isn't playing when he has been cleared. 10mi for what? Saving him for next season? Oh wait....

I thought Cousins actually looked pretty good for a guy who hasn't played competitive ball on this level since last season. This game should be over by halftime.

you know what’s more painful? Reading about Woj saying the Lakers are interested in Melo. I keep telling people he needs to go to China to win a championship like Marbury did

You know what is really painful -- watching Cousins regain AllStar form and knowing Maginka didn't pick him up for next to nothing.

This game is painful to watch. They seem completely disorganized. It appears to me as if this is the first time they have played together. Something has got to give here. It's going to be extremely difficult to flight our way back into playoff contention with this mess.

Ingram is playing like an Egyptian Mummy just coming out of the Sphinx. Kuzma keeps chucking like he’s Harden, but fails to realize that he’s a glorified JC/ Dion Waiters. Lol.

And Barkley says that Cousins is better then Thompson??? What an idiot.

I have seen enough. Time to turn the channel. Lakers are getting a spanking. Lebron, Rondo and Ball might as well stay away for the rest of the season. They have hurt the team more then improve the team.

Thompson might break Kobe's 81 point record if he keeps on shooting the way he is. He will be a free agent after this season. Maybe the Lakers should look at him if Kawhi or AD do not want to come to the Lakers.

Idk who expected more. I definitely expected us to suck without lebron. With lebron he would’ve carried us to maybe top 4. Of course this game was gonna hurt. All our playmakers are out. This team is hardly better than CHI air PHX without our playmakers. Kuzma can’t do anything by himself, Ingram is way under developed (we all knew this yet when LeBron came he was supposed to be an all star all of a sudden), everyone else are just role players. It still hurts to lose but we have come a long way from Boozer, Wes Johnson, Hill days.

I agree that the Lakers have come a long way from last season, But they are still very young. Ingram is only 21 and some here are calling him names that are not very nice at all. More like kid stuff. It is hard to watch a game like this, but what did they expect. Lakers have too many injured players that are critical to how this young group plays. But beating a team like the Warriors when they are healthy and loaded with super stars is very hard.

I actually feel sorry for the young laker team. This will hurt them in the long run for the rest of the season. And they are not losing bad because Zo is missing. The Warriors are just that much better of a team then all nba teams and if they stay healthy they will repeat.

I agree with you. People forget our core are all 2nd and 3rd Years, none older than 23 or 24. All of a sudden because Lebron came they’re supposed to transcend their natural progression and become stars to help Bron? Never made sense, Bron, Luke, Magic, Pelinka all said as much.

Bandwagon GSW fan who keeps trumpeting about how good the warriors are, conveniently forgets that his super team (like he alluded to) got an azz fkn kicking all the way to Berkeley on 12/25. We are minus our big guns so this was expected.

Taking cheap shots is his old forte. Just a vain worshipper or 1 idol and then disappeared when the team was rebuilding. Pretends he’s so invested in our team wherein all he does is take a dump on our team when we are losing. No sighting when we win games??

He probably forgot to take his meds today...like most old folks need. Lol.

They are tied with Sacramento. Minnesota and Pelicans breathing down are necks. We will probably drop down to 12-13 after this rough schedule gets done.

Magiclakez I was not going to point the finger at you, but since you are the person that is calling names on our young Lakers, you are not much of a fan. If you called Ingram that to his face, he would probably mop the floor with you and I think that is what you need. If you like the Lakers as much as you say you do you should show a little respect for the young Lakers.

YOU SHOULD NOT EVEN BE A LAKER FAN MAGICLAKEZ.

The Warriors have too many weapons. Durant, Curry, Thompson, Green, even from the bench Iggy, Livingston. The Lakers are hurting with so many injuries. But just because our Lakers got destroyed. Worst thing a so called fan should not do is start posting that Ingram looks like a cross between M. Jackson and Snoop dog. They are young and we have to take the loses this season because of the injuries.

The reason why people turn on these kids is baffling to me. The kids are young and it's easy to tell who can play and cannot play the game. Lakers' fans turned on Russell they turned on Randle and one is averaging 20 w/ 6 assists and the other is averaging 20 w/ 10 boards on other teams. The potential was there for both players but no one is patient for kids in LA trying to develop their games when they come into the league at a very young 19. Unmet expectations of a lottery pick averaging 17-18 in their first season must plague their minds or something. Now I see how people are turning on Ingram when the kid is 21 and having to readjust his game since they wanted Lebron so bad. People turned on Zubac last season but since he was such a low pick, they haven't hammered him as much. I would complain about Ball but I would also preach patience with any young kid. I wanted him to change his shot, I still do but he also has to learn to play with the ball dominant Lebron and it's been frustrating for me as a fan of basketball to see so many capable players have to essentially stand around and watch.

Lakers' management still refuses to create a culture of development for the kids. I don't know how Chandler gets so much time when it looks like Zubac has ascended past him. Zubac has shown that he has great hands, finish with either hand, he rebounds and most likely LA will let him walk and he's only 21. Ingram - 21, Ball - 21, Kuzma 22, Hart 23 are all young guys and will have to figure things out but imo they should have been the focus along with Randle and then you're looking at a playoff team (7th or 8th seed) with a young and deep team. LA didn't want to do it and it shows and the lack of patience has trickled down towards its fans.

Yeah that's why on threads in the past I've called him Snoop Dogg because he's that type of skinny. He's not the type of skinny like Scottie Pippen was. Snoop Dogg is the same skinny he's been since his debut back in the 90's. But he's not an athlete so the jury is still out on BI whether he'll fill out or not.

I was hoping this team would make a playoff run. Probably not a deep one, but at least make the playoffs. I'm getting really tired of our basketball season ending the first or second week of April. As of right now, it looks like this season will be over on April 9th. It's actually depressing considering this may be one of the only times a team with LBJ didn't make the playoffs. I'd have to check that stat but it sure seems that way. I know that we have unquestionably had a serious of injuries, but I expect more from this franchise. Seeing how we handled the off season with regards to certain free agents really pisses me off. Going after Rondo for 10mil for 14 games out of 48 seems like we really got screwed. Maybe he will come back and prove me wrong and really make a difference, but I highly doubt it. There are a handful of off season moves or lack there of that are questionable, but watching Boogie healthy play for the dynasty super team Warriors gets to me knowing that he could have been playing for the purple and gold. Why didn't we push for him? Did they honestly think that this team was going to win a championship? My estimate was 6th through 8th seed at best. Unfortunately, with the injuries, we are looking more like lottery team that is no longer in a position to tank for a draft pick because of how well we did early. With that said, we get the worst of both worlds. No playoff run and another late first round pick. We have had a lot of good luck there. What bothers me most is the lack of urgency from the FO. They are so stuck in there ways....

I understand how you feel Angeluus, but you got to realize that injuries happen. What has really hurt the Lakers is that pivotal players are the one's that have gotten hurt. LeBron, Rondo and now our point guard who has really been playing better and better as time goes. But IF this Laker team did not have any injuries I really believe that they would have been up there in the standings. And there is still plenty of time, but we got to get those injured players back into the rotation.

Keep the faith man, our team is young and by next season they will be much better especially if they can get a great player to complement LeBron. Would really love to get Kawhi, but who knows. It will depend on how the Raptors do in the playoffs. There are several teams that are merging into being really good teams in the east. The Sixers proved that when they man handled the Rockets and the bearded one. LOL!

That’s a fact it’s not some manufacturered stuff. I mean I’m not playing any birdbox challenge that I can’t see that. Lol. I even remember his teammates (especially Kuz and Ball) along with a couple of analysts like Chris Webb, jokingly comparing him to M. Jackson when he had that weird hairdo in the beginning of the season. Then you have this person who’s name stands for a central shaft passing through rotating wheels, getting his pant**s in a bunch. Lol. Same azzhat who used to gloat and ridicule lakers fans when we used to lose.

Notice how he keeps stalking me directly or indirectly somehow on all the threads. He needs help. We should start a go fund page for this poor fellow. Mental illness shouldn’t be taken lightly. Lmao
