How will the Lakers do in the game today versus the Sacramento Kings . What are the Lakers keys to get a win? Which opposing player(s) should L.A. be careful of? Will the game be a high-scoring affair or low-scoring?

Too many injuries. I predicted a W before, now not so sure. Julius can only keep carrying the team for so long. Depends who else shows up. But I don't think it will be an easy win, unfortunately.

Bench almost won last game, starters sucked on defense again!!! If bench plays like last game, leave them in longer.

Repped High Quality Post

Brandon is on a Concussion protocol now. No play. Day to day. I say rest the man. Shut him down. Give Wear some more pt and see what's up.

Another season decimated with injuries. Good job training staff. Ughhh....

I guess we'll see. But man, to be earning that kind of dosh to sit around, workout, hang out, not break a sweat except at the gym, no injuries to contend with, no drama, outside of hoping to be released. Still, cha ching...money flowing all over dat bad boi, for doin' basically nuttin'. Can't complain I'd say. Worst contract ever after agent zero. Laughing all the day to the bank.

You know I watched that play with Vince Carter, and I don't see how he bothered the guy that fell. He tried to get out of the way, kept his arms down, didn't tackle the guy or push him, didn't undercut intentionally. He was just there and the dude elevated and got clipped on the way down. So I don't see how anyone should be angry with Vinsanity. He was just like a bystander.

I watched it too and I was wondering the same thing.

Should be a W. I think Kuz or Randle has a big game! Let's see.

Should be, if starters decide to play defense tonight.

Kuzma 5/16 gtfo. Too much of forced shots. Hero ball has no place on this team.

I don't understand why the team are shooting 32 3 pointers, every one was basically ice cold yet they keep hoisting it's ridiculous.

How does Channing Frye play 22 mins? That’s more than Zubac. I know the lakers were awful but these rotations have become a nuisance.

Worst game of the season for the lakers. Not sure now about resigning some of these guys that can not even make a free throw. Sloppy passing and the lackadaisical attitude of most of the players.

The lakers deserve to lose this game.

We are 16-25 at the Free Throw Line. we really need to fix that over the summer.

Zubac and Lopez have trouble scoring on the paint when Stein is on the floor. So Lopez stays on the perimeter and chucks up air balls tonight and Zubac had a bad night scoring from under the rim and making free throws.

Frye is just not the shooter he used to be. He made one three pointer, but his shot is just not there anymore. I notice when he gets the ball, he will pass the ball to somebody else instead of him taking the shot. As good as he used to be, he should take the shot, because Zubac was not effective against Stein or even Cooly.

You are 100% correct. No cutters, very little passing the ball around, and the three was not going in for anybody. So yea, I agree that something else should be tried to score in the paint.

Bad coaching for me, I don't see the point in playing Kuzma and Pope 39 mins each tonight either. It's a meaningless game with absolutely nothing at stake.

It's like Luke is trying to injure/fatigue everyone.

I'm afraid it can't be fixed in 1 summer. They can and certainly will work on it. But honestly, top draft picks should not be coming into the league needing to work on ft's. Of all things. Except maybe a big. But otherwise, uh no...no excuse.

I get the impression the players aren't 'afraid' of Luke. He's too nice to them. If they don't fear him, and they aren't following his (let's hope anyways, otherwise it's even worse new) directions, then how will this get better? Players need to respect, and somewhat fear a coach. Imo. As they did with Phil as they do with Pop etc. I don't feel like Luke has their respect. This is a problem.

And I hate to say it again, but I did call it. I said I started feeling (before it started) that we'd lose this game. My spidey sense was tingling. Unless that was just my phone in my pocket on vibrate. But either way, I called it lol

The season is over. I just hope Luke doesn't injure Kuzma by playing him 40 minutes a game.

I was curious if Dung got to play but that was an April Fools joke apparently.

Playing these guys 40+ mins was definitely a factor. Senseless time management for a lost cause, especially when you have others who would benefit with PT towards the end of the season. You could see the three pt attempts falling short. That’s a prime indicator of fatigue or tired legs.
