Lol, then that original post saying Bryant looks ready to take over or whatever is clearly incorrect

lol I hate to sound like I'm hating on Kuzma, but I've noticed that too. He's always stealing rebounds from Randle. Almost like he's stat padding. He was great beginning of the year, but es regressed a lot!

That’s what he does stat pad and troll his own teammates on Social media. Lol. Gets his mom also involved. Lmao!!!

Just so mad with that Kuzma. He is making no effort on D, it’s so irritating to see him just hustling on offense. It’s like he’s conserving all his energy for offense only. That’s a bad mind set. Usually you see vets doing that.

Looks like he didn't just hit that rookie wall, he crashed head on into it.

When it comes to leadership you can't treat everyone the same. They are all different people. As a leader in the ARMY, there's a sane they teach you in your first leadership school, "Know your soldiers" basically the point is to know each soldier. Know how to lead them. One soldier may respond better to you being hard on them, yelling at them. Another may respond better to being pulled aside and taught what they're doing wrong one on one. Just FYI.

Kuz is playing small forward which is not his regular position. But nobody in the lakers team has shot good with the exception of Lopez in the first quarter. Other then that Zo really should have stayed home. He has zero points on several attempts. IT should not drive into the sequoias, he is just too short and he is going to turn the ball over.

The Nuggets are a very good shooting team. Lakers will be lucky to win tonight. Zubac has not scored in the last two games, he is just not good enough to compete with Jovic or Plumlee.

Need to get Randle back on the offense. Let him beat up some of those defenders.

There is no way he couldn't bring more to the team than what Zubac brings. I'm not even talking about offense, just grab some rebounds. Zu can't score, can't rebound, can't defend. Doesn't understand how to box out or defensive positioning. He provides nothing out there. Bryant isn't playing because Luke is being stubborn. Not new, he's had problems this year deciding who to play and which guys fit best together. He's gotten better, but this isn't Gregg Popovich or Brad Stevens, where you know he knows what he's doing.

I mean at least Zo when he’s off on offense, he makes up with others things like setting up teammates, grabbing rebounds and hustling on D. You can still be effective by doing these little intangibles. I actually prefer Wear right now over Kuz in the starting lineup cause he’s a bonafide 2 way player and an irritant on defense.

All that is good, but when someone sucks you sit him down.

And I know what you mean by different strokes for different folks. It’s not only used in the army but it is a very key management and corporate philosophy as well used for different skill set employees.

Kuz and Randle are both good rebounders, so when they both go up for the ball that is good. Kuz is not trying to pad his stats, that is just pure bull s***.

I've never been a high on Kyz as everyone else on here (beginning of the war most on here talked about him as a future superstar). I was always high on Randle, even when Kkennon told me Kuzma was already better than him lol.

Anyways, back in February, they said some

Thing really interesting to me... they said that the Lakers were basically considering Kuz As untouchable, but they said why? His trade value WILL NEVER BE HIGHER. I thought that was actually pretty intuitive. As someone one of the few thinking he'd be a solid scorer off the bench, while everyone else was saying he was special, they should consider trading him and getting more than they ever will in the future. People were saying early on in the year that he would be a top 5 pick if they redid the draft. Just imagine what a team would've given up for Kuzma a month or 2 ago compared to now. No way it's even close to what it was then.

Oh yeah! I wasn't arguing with your point at all! Just saying, you gotta lead everyone a little differently.

Yes, exactly. It's just leadership. I just know of it as a leader in the army.

I said he was playing better than him at same stage, and he has been, get it straight. And words still out on how good he might get.

He's not playing as good as he did, but neither was Randle his 1st full season back( and his defense still isn't good) , and Zo is having his ups and downs. Point is you don't give up on a rookie, especially when he's given flashes of what he could be.

Not so sure about Pop without his superstars, Spurs aren't even a playoff team right now. Said it before, it's a star driven league!! Lol
