I know it's way to early, but this is one of the players in mock drafts going to Lakers. Of course Lakers could get higher pick in draft the way Cavs are playing lately.

Will be posting more players as we get closer to draft and find out where Lakers will be picking.

No idea. Too early. Plus we're picking pretty late, hard to guess for that late in the round.

You're also (probably) our best poster when it comes to draft prospects. If anything I'd rather see some of your posts to help get a better idea on the players.

Personally, I haven't watched any college ball this year because we aren't in the lottery.

Thanks JJ, I didn't think I'd watch as much with not having a pick, but I guess being in lottery these last few years has me still keeping up with college game. I'll be posting over these weeks leading up to end of regular season, depending where Cavs are at every week.

He'll be long gone, unless Cavs go into an all time Tank mode. Lol

Robinson is a stud ... not sure he’s there late 1st. A Kid I love and will fill a need at back up PG- Aaron Holiday- UCLA Kids a gamer ... plays both ends of the court , feisty , good basketball genes, can shoot. Might be early for him....

I would keep an eye on a back up Pg or a knock down shooter. A good combo guard would be ideal. You have someone in mind KK?

Not sure we go Center with 2 young guys already on the roster. We need a back up PG or another Wing player

Aaron Holiday definitely is a good option, plus him and Zo already have chemistry together and he's not about having to start. But you're right, probably to high to take him in 1st.

As far as center, still think they can upgrade.

Just seeing this thread makes me feel so refreshed. Still didn't expect to have a draft pick for this year.

I had proposed Shamet’s name on another thread. He has been receiving some rave reviews. I would be monitoring his progress. Some other good names as well, on that list for sure.

Yeah saw that earlier, nice get for UCLA.

On another note, for some reason I can't post Twitter. Keep getting that advertisement instead. Even when I try to paste articles.

That’s odd. Hope Dave looks into it. I get several ads too, but haven’t had any problems posting tweets/articles from twitter. At least not yet. Lol.

Anfernee Simmons. 6'4" combo guard. Might use the same loophole Thon Maker. Kid has nice upside. Could be a player that fills both backcourt positions.

Nice player, will probably take several years to develop though.

Also like Jontay Porter -C - from Missouri ... reminds me of a Brian Cook type but more athletic and better defense

Mocks have him at PF in NBA , but would love for Lakers to get a hold of his brother. Think Michael porter jr will be best player coming out of this draft and one of those rookies that comes in and looks like a star, if his back checks out.

Omer Yutseven.

He’s a big body who can shoot the 3 and is a little faster footed than brook lopez

That's what makes him a solid pick for the Lakers. Develop him and you get good solid player in the back court.

Hey KK I kind of like Grayson Allen as well from Duke. Kid is slightly temperamental and had to be disciplined last season but he can ball. Good combo G and relishes big moments.

He's going to be another one that Patrick Beverly break in. May even run him out the league...lol. You think players where trying to go at Lonzo, wait til he arrives. Hope he's gotten rid of all those tripping antics and crying.

He reminds of Pat and a bit of Marcus Smart. We need some dogs on this team. Maybe he and Bryant can bring some of the Artest/Barnes factor. Lol.

Me being a Kentucky fan, I'd take Hamidou Diallo since there's no way in hell I can get Colin Sexton....lol.

Yeah that’s another good prospect.

Just realized we have our own second round pick as well. So two good talented guys joining the ranks next year.

Was trying to post his highlights, but now I'm having problem with You tube...smh

Like him ,but don't know how his game will translate to NBA. But definitely worth a look in 2nd rd.

Aaron Holiday's last 5 games: 28.2 PTS, 5.4 REBS, 6.8 AST on 49% from 2 and 53.5% from 3 on a ridiculous 4.6 makes per game. The UCLA guard doesn't get nearly enough national attention for the type of year he's having. Type of player who will outplay his draft slot in the NBA.

🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️😎😎

Is there a big man like. EMBIID, KAT and Cousins in the range we're picking (22-26)? That's who I'd want. I was getting drawn to Mitchell Robinson but right now it seems that is far fetched.

Robinson is about it, has a lot of upside, but elected not to go to college, so you don't know what he is against better competition. But he was rated the #3 center coming out of high school behind Ayton and Bamba.

That's the thing. But he has been working out. I can't wait for the combine. What NFL team do you support? I like the cowboys but I need a new team. Lol

Lol, diehard Cowboys fan, but I follow Raiders too, because they were 1st team I ever saw play in person.

Go Cowboys !!!!
