Man never heard of this Juancho Hernangomez. Big guy can shoot- draining 3's like that.

500 years ago when learning this game, the basic notion of putting the ball in the basket involved both feet oriented in the direction you want the ball to go and a respectable follow through that was called 'pointing at the basket' back in the day. Look at Randle's feet when he shoots. He turns them to the right about 5 degrees to better align his lefty release, but it's NOT working. Seems so easy to fix. His coaches ought to see this and work through a better form with him. It's frustrating to see so many fundamental skills that are missing in the players. Following your shot? Don't get me started...

I'm thinking the Lakes aren't even going to come close tonight.

Clarkson IQ looking almost worse than Randle after that last possession (not giving it to Kuzma when Nelson was on him)

Once they said Ball and BI were out, I figured it get out of control. Not saying we'd win but just talking about the score.

Ball and Ingram didn't play, but wouldn't have made much of a difference. Nuggets are thinking ahead of the play, looking for lanes, open players, etc. Our guys are literally playing like they're a bunch of pickups from the gym. Little things count with a young team, like Kuzma dropping it off near the sideline right at halfcourt to a Corey Brewer who wasn't paying attention. They're not playing like pros right now

I'm out, hopefully we'll finally get to see this team at full strength Sunday.

BTW -- even if Randle is a journeyman, that whole 2014 draft, other than Wiggins and Embiid, was rather weak. At #7, the best the Lakers could have done was Zack LaVine, and that is debatable.

We drafted well this year though Ball, Kuzma and Hart all looking pretty nice. If Bryant worked on his conditioning he'd be great off the bench. Not sure if he can fix his slow overall speed/agility

Hopefully he is still trying to get an idea of who can do what before making roster cuts. But yeah Kuzma for example should definitely be a starter for opening night.

With Deng, Randle and Nance and Ingram on the team, it would be a slap in the face, an honest one, but unlikely to happen. Kuzma makes one of those guys expandable..

And make it a close 10 point loss. Right now I don’t know if the coaching staff has a clue of what’s transpiring right in front of their very eyes. All talk and no walk. I think they might be worse this year. The defense is all on paper only...tho I suspect that to be a myth as well. Lol

Always thought Randle is the odd man out. I'd get rid of him if I was FO. His playstyle is borderline cancerous for a team. No IQ, hogs the ball, no touch, does more than what's actually capable of. He's had nice passes, shots, games, etc. But that'll happen on a bad team where he always has the ball. Having said that, the rest of the league clearly doesn't think much of him. If he tones it down, plays off the bench, he has a good, tough presence. I don't think we'll get much in return for him when we look to trade him.

Nance is probably gonna be easier to deal, though I'd like to keep him and Kuzma.

Wiggins, Embiid, Parker are the stars out of that draft, but Randle was best player on paper at 7, even though a analysis I have a lot of respect for J. Bilas said he wouldn't take Randle top 10.

I really like Kuzma, but I think we need to slow our roll a bit. Offensively this kid has a lot of tools. He is what the game is trending toward. I like his attitude and competitive nature. Defensively, however, he has a long, long way to go. He has been getting abused out there and nobody is talking about it. Not only has he been screwing up his assignment he’s been getting in the way of other guys trying to defend their guy. I’m sure he will get there, but give the guy time.

Having said that, I would trade Randle immediately. Showcase him for another couple of games then trade him for the best available wing defender still on a rookie contract. If Pelinka can pull a deal for Stanley Johnson or Rondae Hollis-Jefferson that would be ideal. I don’t think it’d realistic to expect them to be able to package him with Deng to shed Dengs contract because of Randle’s contract status. Get the best deal possible and move on to the future.

Thinking about it, Randle is the best rebounder in the starting lineup. Yeah he sucks offensively, but who is going to grab rebounds if he's not out there? Kuzma can shoot it, but he's not a good rebounder right now. Lopez doesn't really grab boards either. I think you need Randle out there just for rebounding purposes.
