At tha time ron ron wuz tha beter pick up......but to our disadvantage ron ron is older and declined severely tha last 2 years....while ariza is still okay in age and has not lost his athleticism and length on defense. Would not mind at all seeing this kid bad in LA.

Mitch might give Ariza a look now that he dumped Lee.

Man Lakers are really good at letting solid young small forwards get away! Aka Ariza and Clark. But we somehow decided to keep Walton around forever???

Getter DONE, Mitch-B!tch -- and I will temporarily relegate you to NON-STOOGE STATUS. I promise!

...And throw in a 2015 second-rounder (or thereabouts, based upon availability, I'm too lazy to check, right now) -- and we're hoppin' & poppin (which beats the crap outta hoopin' & poopin', Lol!)

Hopefully, one of the Laker FO Viral PR-Plants on this board, will pass this suggestion on to one or more of THE THREE STOOGES, upstairs. We'd ALL really appreciate it!!!

Says who? ...From where???

And Hill is going nowhere.

Like who they get in return would even begin to matter, for that shabby franchise. lol

Its because of Walton that the lakers don't overpay for promising sfs. Before he signed that contract, he led the league in 3pt% and showed great court vision. btw look at Ariza, hasn't done anything after leaving, I suspect Earl to do the same though I wish him better luck.

lakers want to lose salary not add. Lakers are better to keep blake and meeks for 5.5 mil then getting ariza for 7.7 mil....

Wizards want a scoring big man anyway, no way they'd agree to deal for Hill or Sacre. But just look forward for LAL signing him next season for veteran's min or Room Exception.

Nah.

They lost plenty of sal. in Metta. A 2+ mil. difference won't make or brake 'em.

Trevor jibes well with Kobe and Pau. The Lakers are far more about winning than nickel and diming relative chump-change in order to squeeze a profit.

Since the Lakers are apparently going to open an old folks home in Santa Monica as a half-way house for their current players, Ariza was a bad a** when he was here. Loved watching him run the floor. And, he has a couple of years under his belt. They should consider options. Maybe 3 players for 1?

Maybe a combo trade - Blake and Pau for Ariza and ???

We really need someone in the middle who can defend. Pau is WAAAAAAYYYY too weak to be able to defend the offensive attack. He is ALWAYS a step behind, and can't physically take the hit. He's not a Perkins type. So maybe there is someone else out there who can play well in the center, can take a hit, and would make that deal go???????

It's the Chemistry. He, Pau, and Kobe fit well, together. And he brings energy.
