The Hornets, after a long period of stagnant moves, finally made a trade, sending Brendan Haywood, and their '13 1st rounder to the Clippers for Sean Williams, and former Hornet Amir Johnson. The Hornets made the deal to ship out the disgruntled Haywood, frustrated by his lack of playing time due to the acquisition of Zaza Pachulia, and to get some young pieces for the future, while still getting tougher by the day.
